📐 Measure across the proximal phalanges (just below finger knuckles) with the hand flat.

• 📏 Medium (M): 2.75" – 3.25" (7.0 – 8.2 cm)
• 📏 Large (L): 3.25" – 4.0" (8.2 – 10.0 cm)
