4Mobility WA – Terms of Service

Welcome to 4Mobility WA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or engaging with our Services.


1. Overview

4Mobility WA provides mobility products and related services via our physical store and online platform. All transactions are subject to these Terms, and your use of our Services indicates your acceptance of them.


2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed with 4Mobility WA are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full before goods are shipped or collected. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and invoicing to NDIS plan managers (where applicable).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received in full.


3. Delivery & Collection

3.1 Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Click & Collect: Free collection from your nearest 4Mobility WA location.

  • Pre-Assembled Delivery: Products delivered fully assembled (where applicable).

Delivery fees are calculated based on product size, weight, and your location, and will be displayed during checkout.

3.2 Parcel Responsibility

Once a parcel has been marked as “Delivered” or “Delivery Confirmed” by the courier:

📦 If a parcel is lost, stolen, or taken after delivery (e.g., from a designated safe place), 4Mobility WA is not responsible for any loss.


4. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law.

  • We accept returns in cases of breach of consumer guarantees or express warranty, provided the product is assessed and approved by 4Mobility WA.

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection, or finding a lower price elsewhere.

  • For electrical products, returns or refunds are not accepted if the box has been opened or the seal broken, unless the item is faulty.

  • Customized or special-order products are non-returnable unless approved by our supplier.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during purchase.

  • Use all products in accordance with the provided instructions and manuals.

  • Ensure a secure and accessible delivery location for couriers.

  • Maintain proper care of hired products and return them in good condition if applicable.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including text, images, graphics, and logos) is the property of 4Mobility WA and may not be used without prior written permission.


7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • 4Mobility WA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or refund of the purchase price, as applicable.


8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, practices, or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
