At 4Mobility WA, we aim to provide a seamless and convenient shopping experience with flexible delivery and collection options to suit your needs. Below is a detailed outline of our shipping, delivery, and returns policies.


Delivery Options

Click & Collect (Free)

Our Click & Collect service allows you to shop online and pick up your order from your nearest 4Mobility WA store at no additional cost.

  • Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation call from the branch. Please wait for this notification before coming in-store.

  • Remember to bring valid identification when collecting your order.

  • If you wish, you may arrange your own courier to collect the order from our location. In this case, 4Mobility WA is not responsible for the parcel once it has been collected by your chosen courier.

Note: Depending on the product, some assembly may be required. If you require assistance from a technician, a call-out or service fee may apply.


Pre-Assembled Delivery

Our Pre-Assembled Delivery option is designed for customers who prefer their products delivered fully assembled and ready to use. This is particularly ideal for seniors or individuals who may require additional assistance with assembly.

  • Products are professionally assembled by our technicians in our workshop, thoroughly tested, and safety checked to ensure they are in perfect working order.

  • For certain items, final assembly may still be required at the delivery location.

  • Should you encounter assembly issues that require a technician, a call-out or service fee may apply.


Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors:

  • The size, weight, and type of product.

  • The delivery location and distance.

  • The shipping method selected.

Your exact shipping cost and delivery options will be displayed in your shopping cart after you enter your delivery postcode and before you proceed to checkout.

Deliveries are managed by various local freight operators to ensure efficient service across Western Australia.


Important Delivery Terms

Once your parcel has been delivered and marked as β€œDelivered” or β€œDelivery Confirmed” by the courier:

  • If the parcel is lost, stolen, or taken after it has been delivered to a safe place or left as per delivery instructions, 4Mobility WA is not responsible for any loss or damage.

  • Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address or request signature on delivery if needed.


Returns & Refunds Policy

7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return period from the date of:

  • Invoice

  • Delivery

  • Collection (for Click & Collect orders)

During this time, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.


Electrical Items

  • For all electrical items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:

    • The box has been opened.

    • The factory seal has been broken.

  • Exceptions apply only if the product is faulty or not functioning as intended. Faulty items will be assessed and, where applicable, repaired, replaced, or refunded under Australian Consumer Law.


Additional Notes

  • Any refund approved will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Items returned outside the 7-day window or not in original condition may not be accepted.

  • Service or call-out fees are non-refundable.
