The Dyaco 7.0S Medical Rehabilitation Recumbent Stepper is a medical‑grade, semi‑recumbent stepper designed to support safe, effective and accessible rehabilitation for a wide range of users. Its semi‑recumbent positioning helps reduce undue stress on the hips, knees and ankles, making it well suited for post‑surgery rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation and users with limited mobility or balance concerns. 

A key feature of the 7.0S is its 360‑degree rotating seat, which allows therapists and carers to assist users on and off the equipment with minimal effort while enabling accurate positioning prior to exercise. The padded seat adjusts forwards and backwards and offers recline adjustment to support individual comfort and optimal posture during therapy sessions.

The stepper enables upper body, lower body or total‑body exercise, with adjustable handles that can be positioned for arms‑only, legs‑only or combined workouts. The handles are length‑adjustable and swivel to follow natural wrist movements, helping improve comfort and grip security during use. Bilateral movement measurement allows clinicians to monitor symmetry and tailor exercise programs to address strength imbalances or unilateral weakness.

Designed with rehabilitation settings in mind, the Dyaco 7.0S features a low step‑through height to improve accessibility and safety. Optional medical accessories such as specialised pedals, calf supports and wrist cuffs provide additional support for users with significant instability, allowing targeted exercise while isolating injured or weaker limbs when required.
