The Dyaco 7.0U Medical Rehabilitation Upright Bike is a medical‑grade upright exercise bike designed to support low‑impact cardiovascular exercise and lower‑body rehabilitation across a wide range of patient abilities. Its upright riding position allows users to maintain a familiar cycling posture while benefiting from controlled, therapist‑guided resistance and precision adjustability suitable for rehabilitation and clinical environments. 

Comfort and correct positioning are key design considerations of the 7.0U. The bike features an oversized, padded seat with vertical and fore‑and‑aft adjustment, allowing clinicians to precisely position patients for effective and repeatable therapy sessions. Adjustable crank lengths enable accommodation of users with reduced range of motion, supporting progressive rehabilitation without placing unnecessary strain on joints.

The 7.0U offers bi‑directional resistance, supporting both forward and reverse pedalling to help target different muscle groups and assist in identifying and addressing strength imbalances. Integrated bilateral power measurement and graphical feedback allow therapists to monitor asymmetry and adjust therapy programs to support improved mobility and balanced recovery. 

Designed for clinical monitoring and patient feedback, the console features large, bright LED display windows that present essential real‑time exercise data, including time, cadence, watts, calories, METs, heart rate and power output. Workout data can be downloaded and streamed for clinician review, supporting outcome tracking across rehabilitation programs. Optional neurological pedals are available to assist users in early neurological rehabilitation when lower‑limb control is limited, helping guide correct pedalling mechanics through both forward and reverse motion.
