Aspire Attendant Propelled Conversion Kit – Convert your Aspire Evoke 2 wheelchair from self-propelled to attendant-propelled. Includes everything needed for a safe and effective conversion.

• Kit Components:
• 2 × 12” wheels
• 2 × T-brackets
• 2 × Attendant brake levers
• 2 × Brake assemblies with hardware

🛠️ INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove the 24” Wheel:
Press the axle cap in to release the axle and remove the wheel from the chair.

2. Remove the Axle Receiver:
Use a 24 mm spanner to remove the nut and the axle receiver. Store safely for potential future reinstallation.

3. Install the Brake Assembly:
Use bolt A, nut B, and bolt C with a 4 mm Allen key and 10 mm spanner to fix the brake kit. Ensure brake lever faces upward.

Slide bolts through holes X and Y, then stand the wheelchair back upright. Confirm cable pin direction faces up.

4. Install the Hand Brake:
Attach the hand brake to the wheelchair handle with a 4 mm Allen key. Insert the quick-release axles to fasten the wheels. Repeat the process on both sides.

🛠️ ADJUSTING BRAKE TENSION

To modify brake strength:

• Remove the wheel and pull out the brake cable
• Tighten: Turn clockwise
• Loosen: Turn anti-clockwise
• Reinsert the cable, replace the wheel, and lock with the axle
