✅ Ordering Process for NDIS Participants

📝 NDIS Plan-Managed Participants

  1. Request a Quote: Add your desired items to the cart and select “Create Quote” in the cart page. A quote will be emailed to you.
  2. Approval Process: Share the quote with your Plan Manager for approval.
  3. Order Confirmation: Once approved, ask your Plan Manager to email confirmation to info@4mobility.com.au.
  4. Processing & Delivery: We’ll process the order and arrange delivery or Click & Collect.

💡 Alternatively, you can pay upfront and seek reimbursement from your Plan Manager to speed up the process.

🛒 NDIS Self-Managed Participants

Shop directly on our website and pay securely with Visa or Mastercard. A tax invoice will be emailed to you for your NDIS records and reimbursement.

  1. Contact our team at 4Mobility WA with your NDIS details:
    • NDIS Number
    • Date of Birth
    • Plan Start and End Dates
    • Support Coordinator (if applicable)
  2. We’ll create a Service Booking in the NDIS myPlace portal.
  3. Once approved by the NDIA, we’ll arrange your order and delivery.
